I am a qualified extraction metallurgist with nearly 40 years of experience specialising in gold extraction metallurgy in both hard rock and surface tailings recovery processes in South Africa. I focus on extraction recovery improvement, operating cost reduction, and reagent optimisation to improve profitability.
